About

Hi! I’m Louise. I established Jasmine and Lily Floral Wreaths at the beginning of 2018. After leaving a long career in banking, I retrained as a makeup artist, a job I thoroughly enjoyed, but I think I have finally found my niche designing and creating the wreaths you can see in my portfolio.

Wreath-making was something I initially envisaged as a relaxing, therapeutic hobby, but I quickly realised that not only did people like seeing my work, they also wanted to buy the wreaths to decorate their own homes. I now have clients throughout the UK and Ireland, and my wreaths have even made it as far as Sweden, Mexico and the United States.

I believe my signature style is truly eclectic. I have always had a flair for fashion and home décor, and I have long been a collector of vintage clothes, handbags and hats. My work is inspired not only by the ceramics and artworks I have picked up over the years, but also by my love of the flora of the countryside around County Armagh and Cushendun in the Glens of Antrim.

Award Winning Wreaths

Jasmine & Lily has already sold it’s unique products to many hundreds of delighted customers (although Louise remains tight lipped about some very famous clients!) and received a number of prestigious Twitter awards, notably Theo Paphitis’s Small Business Sunday and Jacqueline Gold’s WOW Championing Working Women. The company also won the 2018 Start Up of the Year and 2019 Business with the Greatest Growth prizes in the Maw Network’s Recognition Awards. Louise has also travelled to Philadelphia as part of the 2019/2020 Global Dimensions Programme to pursue business opportunities in the United States.
